TLOL No Excuses Pocketed 2-in-1 Training Shorts

You do not have to feel unstoppable to keep a promise to yourself.

Sometimes commitment looks like a shorter session, a slower start, or showing up without the energy you hoped to have. The choice is not always between doing everything and doing nothing. There is often one honest action in between.

These shorts keep the expression quiet: the TLOL icon at the front, a clean back, and a two-layer construction. Paired with the No Excuses raglan quarter-zip, they carry the same intention without repeating the message everywhere.

Begin with what you can do. Let consistency grow from there.

Two-layer construction with an elastic drawstring waistband.
Front pockets and a rear zip pocket.
Supplier-listed fabric: 89.6% polyester, 10.4% spandex; 140 gsm.
Printed TLOL icon at the wearer’s right front; back left blank.
Raglan quarter-zip sold separately. Coordinated styling does not imply identical fabric or exact dye matching between pieces.

Sizes S–4XL. Check the garment measurements before choosing a size. Compare them with a similar garment you already wear; do not use the model image alone to choose your size.

Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Iron at low temperature, avoiding the print. Do not dry clean.

These are garment measurements. Lay a similar garment flat without stretching it and compare its measurements with the chart. Chest, waist and hip entries are widths across the garment, not body circumferences. Check the diagram for the measurement points and use the same unit throughout.

Inner Length measures the inner layer from its waist seam to its hem, excluding the waistband. It is not the inseam.

Small differences can occur through manufacturing and manual measurement.
