Shipping policy

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.

All TLOL orders are shipped using tracked shipping when available.

Our products are made on demand through our production partners. This means your order is created after purchase, then shipped once fulfillment is complete.

Processing & Fulfillment

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

During busy periods, fulfillment may take longer.

Once your order has entered fulfillment, cancellations or order changes may not be possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

We currently offer:

Free U.S. shipping on orders $150 or more after discounts are applied.

No code is needed. If your order qualifies, free shipping will appear automatically at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

After fulfillment, estimated shipping times are:

United States: 3–8 business days after fulfillment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other issues outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

TLOL is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Damaged During Shipping
