Because TLOL items are made on demand through our production partners, please review your size, color, and order details carefully before placing your order.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return is processed.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

If the issue is confirmed, we will work to make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, contact us first. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Because our products are made on demand, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used after delivery
- Items returned without approval
- Orders outside the return window
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
